Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

The short version. AscAuto acts on your Apple and GitHub accounts only with your approval, and only within the access you grant. Your app, your listing and your relationship with Apple stay yours — including responsibility for what gets submitted. The service is in private beta: things can change, and we say so when they do.

1. What AscAuto does

AscAuto builds iOS apps from a repository you connect, uploads them to TestFlight, checks and completes App Store Connect listing data, submits versions for review, and processes Apple's responses — drafting metadata changes, reviewer replies, or pull requests for code-level fixes. It uses Apple's official App Store Connect API with a key you issue, and GitHub access you grant.

2. Your account and your responsibility

3. What we don't promise

AscAuto does not and cannot guarantee that an app will be approved, that a rejection will be resolved, or that review will take any particular amount of time. Those decisions belong to Apple. AI-generated diagnoses, metadata and reviewer replies are drafts for your review; you are expected to read them before approving. The service is provided "as is" during the private beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

4. Availability and changes

This is a private beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and there is no uptime commitment yet. We will give account holders notice by email before a change that materially affects how the product works or what it costs.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Where credits are consumed for AI code-fix work, failed work is refunded to your credit balance as described in the product. Prices, plan limits and free-tier allowances during the beta may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively refund a period already used, except where required by law.

6. Termination

You can stop using AscAuto and request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@ascauto.org. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, endangers other tenants, or uses it for the prohibited purposes in section 2 — we will tell you why.

7. Your content and ours

Your code, your app metadata, and your App Store listings remain yours. You grant us only the access needed to run the service on your behalf. The AscAuto software, site and documentation remain ours.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscAuto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost release windows, or app removal decisions taken by Apple. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

How data is collected and processed is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
